What We Offer
A Continuum of Care
Veterans come to us at different points in their journey. Some need immediate shelter. Others need a permanent home. Many need both housing and the support services that make staying housed possible. Patriots Haven meets veterans where they are.
Safe shelter while you rebuild.
Transitional Housing
Our transitional housing program provides furnished, safe accommodations for veterans experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Stays range from 30 days to 24 months depending on individual need.

Permanent Supportive Housing
For veterans who need long-term stability, we provide permanent supportive housing with ongoing wraparound services. Residents sign standard leases and are supported — not supervised.

Support Services
Whether housed with us or not, veterans can access our full suite of support services — from mental health referrals to legal aid, employment coaching, and benefits navigation.

Who Qualifies
Eligibility Requirements
Our programs are designed to be as accessible as possible. Here is what we look for when reviewing applications.
Military Service
Must have served in the U.S. Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard, Space Force, or National Guard/Reserves with federal activation).
Discharge Status
Honorable or General (Under Honorable Conditions) discharge required for housing programs. Other-than-honorable discharges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Housing Need
Must be currently homeless, at imminent risk of homelessness, or in an unstable housing situation. Documentation is helpful but not always required.
Income
No minimum income required for transitional housing. Permanent housing applicants must demonstrate ability to maintain a subsidized lease with support.

How to Apply
The Application Process
Reach Out
Call our intake line, submit an online inquiry, or walk in to any of our locations. No appointment needed for initial contact.
Intake Assessment
A veteran case manager will conduct a confidential needs assessment — typically 30–45 minutes — to understand your situation and identify the right program.
Program Match
Based on your assessment, we match you to the program that best fits your needs. If we can't serve you directly, we connect you to a partner organization that can.
Move In or Enroll
Once matched, most veterans are placed within 3–7 business days. Support services enrollment can begin immediately.

Our intake team is available Monday through Friday, 8am–6pm. Same-day assessments are available for veterans in crisis.
